Our reception is occupied daily from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm and we request, if possible, that you check in before we close. The abovementioned room(s) will be reserved for you until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival.  Should you arrive after 6:00 pm, we shall appreciate you informing us. In the event of changes to, or cancellation of your reservation, please inform us timeously (48 hours before arrival).  For Groups and Trade Fair ("Messe") reservations, we require you inform us as far in advance as possible if you cannot occupy the rooms. (Cancellation fees: 45 days before arrival - no charge; 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total fee and 14 days or less before arrival, the full amount.)
